Terms and Conditions

Price

For customers within the EU, all prices include VAT. For customers outside the EU, prices are displayed excluding your local VAT. Local VAT and duty fees are at our expense. 

Order confirmation

Once we have received your order, you will receive an order confirmation from us by e-mail. Check that your order confirmation is correct. The order confirmation is generated automatically and we reserve the right to manually adjust incorrect information, such as price, delivery time, etc. 

Card payment

We currently accept payment through Stripe, Apple Pay and Klarna invoice for selected markets.

Returns and Exchanges - Swedish customers

  • Goods can be returned within 14 days from the collection of the consignment

  • We cannot handle exchanges. If you would like to change a size or color, please order a new item. Should you like to keep the original item for comparison, please contact customer service at info@caliss.com.
  • If your initial purchase was made with a discount code. That discount will manually be deducted on your new purchase
  • Goods returned must be unused and undamaged, with labels and any original packing remaining.

  • Return freight is free of charge. A return label will be included in the original shipment.

  • We will charge a handling fee on returns of 50 SEK. If you make a new purchase as exchange, this fee is not charged.

  • The goods shall be returned together with a completed return form. Please use the box that the goods were delivered in, unless the box has been damaged. When we have received and approved the return, we will contact you by e-mail and inform you about exchange or refund.

  • Please expect two weeks from returning the goods until repayment is made.

  • Please use the Postnord return label for easy returns. Customers shall leave their package at a Postnord representative

  • Please use the Fedex return label for easy returns.

  • Goods returned must be unused and undamaged, with labels and any original packing remaining. As the customer your are responsible that the goods are not damaged or lost when you return them to us
  • Return freight is free of charge. Caliss will not refund the original freight cost in the original order.
  • If you would like to return an item, please contact customer service on info@caliss.com to obtain a RAN (Return Authorization Number).

  • Together with the RAN number you will receive a Fedex return label and a Commercial Invoice for the customs. This shall be included in the plastic pocket (included in the shipment) that you attach on the return box

  • The goods shall be returned together with a completed return form. Please use the box that the goods were delivered in, unless the box has been damaged. When we have received and approved the return, we will contact you by e-mail and inform you about exchange or refund.

  • We charge a handling cost of 5 EUR/5 USD on returns. If you make a new purchase as exchange, this fee is not charged.
  • Please expect two weeks from returning the goods until repayment is made.  Customers in the United States and Canada can leave their package at a Fedex drop off box.


Claims

We guarnatee that the goods you receive are fault-free when shipped. Should you receive damaged goods, contact us as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days from collecting the consignment, providing pictures of damaged goods. If the goods have been damaged during transport, please keep the packaging. The faulty goods must be in unused condition. Return the goods together with a completed return form, stating clearly that it is a warrantly claim. Once we have recived the goods and approved the claim we will send your replacement goods if they are in stock and refund your shipping costs. If the goods are not in stock we will return any payment for the goods and refund your shipping costs. In case of dispute, and where the purchaser is a private individual, we refer to ARN (The Swedish National Board for Consumer Complaints). We follow their recommendations. Transport damage

If you discover that the consignment is damaged when you collect it from your post office or when Fedex delivers it, you must report it immediately to the shipper concerned. If you discover the damage later on, you may contact us at info@caliss.com. As customer you are responsible for ensuring the goods are not damaged or lost when returning then to us.  

Uncollected goods

We will charge a fee of 250 SEK for uncollected goods.

Stock

We reserve the right not to immediately update the webshop regarding products our of stock. If one or more items in your order are out of stock, we will inform you by e-mail. 

Product information

We disclaim any liability for printing errors on our website. We strive to ensure the presentation of our products is as close to reality as possible with regards to shape and colours, but we cannot guarantee all images will exactly reproduce a product's true appearance.  

Security and confidentiality

MKO Design AB guarantees that it will never hand over your personal information or e-mail address to third parties excepth where special ground exist, e.g. that the police, porosecution service or similar requres the information. Your personal information will be used by us for the purpose of fulfilling your obligations towards you. If you subscribe to our newsletter, we will send information and product offerings by e-mail. You can unsubscribe to our newsletter at any time. You always have freedom to access the personal information registered on you. 

Cookies

A cookie is a text file sent from a webpage, e.g. Caliss.com to your computer. It will be stored in your computer either in the memory (session cookie) or as a small text file (text based cookies). Cookies are used to store your login information and Your shopping when you are browsing our web page. If your web browser is set on not accepting cookies, you will not be able to place an order on our webpage. You can easily change this setting in your web browser. Please note that we do not use cookies to store personal information about our customers.
