For customers within the EU, all prices include VAT. For customers outside the EU, prices are displayed excluding your local VAT. Local VAT and duty fees are at the customer's expense.
Once we have received yourorder, you will receive an order confirmation from us by e-mail. Check that your order confirmation is correct. The order confirmation is generated automatically and we reserve the right to manually adjust incorrect information, such as price, delivery time, etc.
Shipping - Sweden/Nordics
We currently ship using Postnord. Our parcels are traceable and will be delivered to your nearest service point. Shipping is free in this region and we ship within 1-3 business days. Delivery time is normally 1 day except Northern Sweden where you can expect two days delivery time.
Shipping - Europe outside Nordics
We currently ship using Fedex. Parcels are traceable and sent with International economy. We ship within 1-3 days. Shipping times varies between regions but expect 2-5 days delivery time.
Shipping in Europe is free of charge. Shipping outside the EU is 150 SEK/15 EUR.
If you discover that the consignment is damaged when you collect it from your post office or when Fedex delivers it, you must report it immediately to the shipper concerned. If you discover the damage later on, you may contact us at email@example.com. As customer you are responsible for ensuring the goods are not damaged or lost when returning then to us.
For uncollected goods we will charge a fee of 250 SEK.
